It should be noted that there are many features that are common building practices for any reputable builder such as foundation engineering or structural warranty. - Pricing includes realistic budgets for lighting, hardware, flooring, fireplaces, decorative tile and more. BE AWARE, this is commonly where “the other guy” tricks you into buying his house instead of ours. Don’t fall for it!
